My work sits at the intersection of strategy, emotional intelligence, and self-trust. I teach women how to move from reactive to intentional, from self-negotiation to disciplined follow-through, in both life and leadership.

I’ve partnered with global brands including Volvo, Honda, Celebrity Cruises, and Canada Post — but my deepest work happens inside private coaching containers, where real transformation begins.
This isn’t motivation.

And now is non-negotiable.
WHY I LOVE WHAT I DO
This work saved me first.

I didn’t learn these processes from theory alone. I had to live them. I had to stop negotiating with myself. I had to build standards, routines, and support systems that brought me back to clarity when everything felt overwhelming.

The tools I teach today are the same ones that changed my life. They’re rooted in real experience and backed by science, emotional intelligence, and intentional practice. This isn’t guesswork. It’s lived, tested, and proven.
I love this work because I get to walk alongside women as they remember who they are. Not by becoming someone new, but by trusting themselves again.

My work has always lived at the intersection of learning, leadership, and lived experience. I began my career as a university instructor during graduate school, teaching human resources, marketing, and project management. In those early years, I helped people understand both systems and themselves within them.
Over the decades, I’ve built a diverse background across business, leadership development, and human-centered experience. I’ve coached professionals through career transitions, guided executive and sales leaders through growth and expansion, and supported organizations in aligning people, culture, and performance. Alongside that professional work, I spent more than a decade in servant leadership, guiding women through weekly groups, retreats, and immersive spaces where real transformation could take root.

These weren’t surface-level conversations. They were environments where women did life together. We studied together, regulated together, rebuilt trust, and practiced new ways of living. These spaces allowed insight to become embodied and change to become sustainable.
WHY I LOVE WHAT I DO
I love this work because I’ve seen what happens when women experience depth, not just inspiration.
When women are resourced in meaningful community, something powerful shifts. The relationships formed inside these spaces become anchors. They are friendships rich with honesty, laughter, celebration, and support. I’ve watched women build bonds so life-giving that every other relationship in their world rises with them. Marriages deepen, families feel steadier, work becomes clearer, and confidence expands.
From weekly gatherings to retreats to moments of shared joy, including things like Galentine’s celebrations, these experiences create belonging that nourishes the whole woman. When women feel connected and supported at this level, they do not just grow individually. They become catalysts for growth everywhere they go.
